Terms and Conditions

1. General Provisions

   Gateway Casino Kenora reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time, without prior notice.

2. Age Restriction

   Users must be at least 19 years old to use Gateway Casino Kenora's services.

3. User Account

   Each user is allowed only one account. Users are responsible for keeping their account information up-to-date and accurate.

4. License

   Gateway Casino Kenora operates under the license of Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation (OLG).

5. Gameplay Rules

• All games offered by Gateway Casino Kenora must be played in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
• Winners will be notified via email or other means specified by Gateway Casino Kenora.
• Any disputes arising from gameplay must be resolved through binding arbitration.

6. Deposit Limits

   Users can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control their spending.

7. Withdrawal Limits

• Daily withdrawal limit: $10,000
• Weekly withdrawal limit: $50,000
• Monthly withdrawal limit: $200,000

8. Responsible Gaming

   Gateway Casino Kenora provides various responsible gaming tools, including:

   • Deposit limits
   • Time-out periods (24 hours to 90 days)
   • Self-exclusion (minimum 6 months)

9. Dispute Resolution

• Users must report any disputes or issues within 14 days of the incident.
• Gateway Casino Kenora reserves the right to suspend user accounts pending dispute resolution.

10. Governing Law

    These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada.

11. Amendments

Gateway Casino Kenora may amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time without prior notice.

12. Entire Agreement

    These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between Gateway Casino Kenora and each user.

13. No Waiver

The failure by Gateway Casino Kenora to enforce any provision of these Terms and Conditions shall not be considered a waiver or consent to do so in the future.

14. Binding Arbitration

Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions must be resolved through binding arbitration, in accordance with Ontario's rules for consumer dispute resolution.

15. Acknowledgement

    By using Gateway Casino Kenora's services, users acknowledge they have read, understood, and agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

Acceptance of Terms

By registering or continuing to use Gateway Casino Kenora's services, users acknowledge that they have read and accepted the terms outlined above.
